Step 02 · 1 week
Engagement Design
Jerry and our team design a custom engagement matched to your team size, culture, calendar, and the specific outcomes you're after. You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment.

Step 03 · 1–2 weeks
Pre-Engagement Preparation
Participants receive confidential onboarding materials. Where appropriate, Jerry holds a short pre-call with the leader. The frequency is primed before day one — which is why day one lands the way it does.

Step 04 · ½ day to 4 days
The Engagement
Live, in-person or premium virtual. Structured but spacious. Held with absolute professional rigor. Whatever needs to come up, comes up — and gets cleared.

Step 05 · 30 days
Integration & Follow-Through
Post-engagement, participants receive integration practices, a follow-up group call (where applicable), and 30 days of email access. The work compounds when it's integrated. We make sure it is.
